Bowen National Research has been retained by NC REALTORS to conduct a Housing Needs Assessment (HNA) of a 20-county region of the Carolina Core, which extends generally from the Winston-Salem area to the west, to Burlington the east and down to the Fayetteville area in the south.
As part of this assignment, a survey is being conducted to obtain residents' and employees' perspectives on the housing needs of the region and their current housing situations. This survey is confidential and only aggregate results (your answers combined with answers of others) will be used in our analysis.
OCHAR encourages all members to respond to the survey and to also share the survey information on your social networks, in your blogs and on your website to encourage the public to participate.
